What To Eat While Taking Garcinia Cambogia

Dieting to lose weight can be extremely frustrating depending on the type of diet and exercise plan you are following.

Nearly all diets require you to abstain from over-consuming calories. This may sound simple, but when put in practice, the dieter usually finds it very tough to follow a routine that restricts calories.

To battle unnatural cravings, many natural supplements are available that act as natural appetite suppressants. One of these supplements is popular and result in bearing Garcinia Cambogia extract.

Garcinia Cambogia has a naturally occurring substance that plays a huge role in controlling your appetite especially when you are on a very hardcore calorie restriction guide.

If you are about to start a calorie-restricted diet, try using Garcinia Cambogia to help curb those cravings and put the control to what you eat.

Speaking of what to eat, you are probably wondering whether there are specific foods that can boost the effects of your weight loss efforts. While on Garcinia Cambogia, you can combine it with some foods to boost it effects.

But the whole idea is to eat the right things so that your diet doesn’t have anything in it that messes up with the consistent weight loss progress.

We have created a list of food items that go hand in hand with Garcinia Cambogia to boost your weight loss efforts naturally. Whether you are on a diet or not, consider adding the food below into your routine to see better results starting this week:

Nuts

Nuts
A lot of diets restrict the intake of fat. What these diets fail to mention is that fat is necessary for your body to function properly.

But not all fat is created equal. There is unhealthy fat, extremely unhealthy fat and then there is good fat.

Nuts contain a lot of healthy fat that is considered ‘good’ and should be added to just about any diet that restricts calories.

Whole Wheat

Whole Wheat
Restricting the intake of carbohydrates is one way to keep your calorie count down. But restrict too many carbs and you will soon start to feel exhausted.

Whole wheat is one of the best ways to get carbohydrates at the expense of very low calories. If you want to keep your appetite suppressed and stay away from binge eating carbs, try adding a bit of whole wheat into your diet.

Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and Vegetables
Speaking of carbs, there is no other better way to get high carbs with low impact on calorie intake through other than vegetables.

During your lunch and dinner, only take carbs from fruits and vegetables.

Chicken, fish and lean meat

A good diet plan should have plenty of protein intake. But most protein sources are also sources of fat. So try to add in lean meat, chicken and fish because these are low in fat but high on the protein content.

So what I’m reading is… when u take garcinia Cambogia you have to excersise too??
Also I have another question I have both the garcinia cambogia and the purity cleanse with acai. Do I take one of each before a meal?? It says on the garcinia cambogia to take two capsules daily on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before a meal, but on the purity cleanse with acai it says to take two capsulesdailh with 8 oz of water, 30 min before a meal. What do I do? And also do I have to excersise and change my diet while taking these. I only have thirty capsules in each bottle, will that do the deed or would I need to buy more??

If you don’t have any physical condition problem then you can take both together. And you have to take both before your meal. To get good result it’s advised to do some exercise. You can take pill until you reach your weight loss goals. Remember don’t continue the pill more than 12 weeks. Don’t forget to share your weight loss story 🙂

Just started taking Garcinia Cambogia. 1 pill 2x day. I also received the Green Coffee pills (didn’t remember ordering that on the free 30 day trial). Should I be taking both? Am taking 1 (900mg) 2x day 30 mins before meal. What is the Green Coffee pill for and how do I use it?
