How To Torch Fat With Garcinia Cambogia And Apple Cider Vinegar

Can apple cider vinegar and garcinia cambogia really help in your weight loss effort?

Both the ACV and garcinia cambogia are popular as they are associated with weight loss. Each one of them has its own health benefits, but does their powerful combination can make an amazing effect on weight loss?

To know more whether using both garcinia cambogia and ACV is effective or not, it makes sense to talk everything into detail.

garcinia cambogia and apple cider vinegar
Apparently, garcinia cambogia has been used hundreds of years ago and millions of obese people have benefited from it. Garcinia cambogia contains HCA that helps in controlling fat production, improving your metabolism, suppressing appetite and increasing your energy.

On the other hand, apple cider vinegar also has its own benefits such as reducing body fat, lowering blood pressure, providing satiety and killing different types of harmful bacteria (1).

Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, malic, lactic and citric acid (2). ACV has been used for many decades to prevent and treat various illnesses.

How Effective Is the Garcinia Cambogia and Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Recipe for Weight Loss?

The first thing that comes to mind of anyone who wants to follow an apple cider vinegar and garcinia diet regimen is how effective it is. Knowing the contents of each product, it’s safe to say that they boost each other’s benefits, particularly in weight loss. They both have the ability to improve metabolism, burn fat tissues and curb hunger pangs.

Just like any other weight loss regimen, the effectivity of this drink varies on the quality of the product, your genes, lifestyle, and diligence of drinking the ACV and taking the supplement.

To reap the weight loss benefits of both products, you should take garcinia cambogia supplements along with apple cider vinegar.

Garcinia Cambogia and Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Recipe

What you will need:

  • Garcinia Cambogia Capsules which have at least 60% HCA with no fillers etc.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother (Recommended ACV is Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • 8 ounces of warm water in a glass.

If you want to try this weight-loss drink, consider the following steps:

Step #1

The first thing to do is to find a high-quality and pure Garcinia Cambogia product. You should be careful because there are various brands available online that are scams. It makes sense to do your research prior to making your purchase.

Step #2

Just like garcinia cambogia, you should also choose a high-quality brand of apple cider vinegar that doesn’t only contain the “mother” (Recommended ACV is Braggs apple cider vinegar). You should select a brand that is unpasteurized, unfiltered and raw. You can buy from your trusted local grocery store or online supplier.

Step #3

Make the drink by mixing two tablespoons of ACV with 8 ounces of water. You should never try drinking undiluted apple cider vinegar because it’s very acidic and can cause adverse effects on your health. To protect your teeth/enamel from any damage by the ACV use a straw while you are drinking.

Step #4

The best time to drink the garcinia cambogia and apple cider vinegar is in the morning. You can drink it 30 minutes before eating your breakfast. But, you can also take this weight loss regimen at night before bedtime.

Aside from taking the drink diligently, you should also follow a healthy diet and perform exercise regularly.

How Long Should I Wait To Begin Seeing Results?

If you’ve been struggling to lose weight, you’ll also realize that a proper diet plays a significant role to achieve the best results that you want. No matter how hard you work out, you would not achieve the best results with a bad diet.

The good news is that by using Garcinia Cambogia and apple cider vinegar together, you can control your diet and the same time cleanses your system.

Taking this weight loss combo diligently and correctly, you can notice results within 8 to 12 weeks.

Losing weight is not an overnight task. Don’t expect to lose weight and get slim in just a week. Set a small goal and stick to it until you succeed. But, the most important thing is that you should get started.

If you got any results from the apple cider vinegar and garcinia diet please don’t forget to share them with us.

It’s best not to take garcinia if you are under 18. If you are interested to take then you can consult with your doctor before using GCE to get the safe weight loss.

What is the correct amount ACV per cup? Some say teaspoons some say tablespoons. Cause it’s harmfull! Help me with this please, my GC is 500mg per tablet. Do I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night? Or more? Together with YOUR recommended ACV. Lastly, must the mixture be mixed in cold or hot water? I bought all, just need to know correct facts to start.

Mix 2 tablespoons (1 tablespoon equals exactly 3 teaspoons) of ACV to 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. You can take 3 GC per day. I think hot water would be good.
      Thanks

For the past two days, I have just done the two tablespoons of vinegar and it is really strong. I put it in 16 ounces of water. What can I do to make it not so strong tasting? Tomorrow I plan on using the Garcina with it.

If you feel too strong then add 1/2-1 Tbsp honey and 1 Tbsp of ACV mixed together in 8-10 ounces of hot water.
